​From our Founder & Director, Anna Roussos: The Power of Giving Back - A Small Business with a Big Heart

"When I embarked on the journey of starting my own business, one of my primary goals was to create a venture that could make a positive impact on people's lives and contribute meaningfully to the community. This vision led me to align my business with charitable efforts, and from year one, we committed ourselves to giving back.

As a small business, we recognise the significance of community and family, values deeply ingrained in our company culture. Giving back is not just a token gesture for us, it's an integral part of who we are and always have been. The joy of contributing to the well-being of others has become a driving force in our daily operations.

Our commitment to charitable endeavours extends beyond our size, and we are proud to work with our current charity partner, the Jodi Lee Foundation. In the last 7 years as a business, we have raised nearly $250,000 for the JLF through events such as the annual JLF Trek and we’re looking at even more ways to continue our fundraising efforts.

Joining the board of the Jodi Lee Foundation has been such a heart-warming experience for me. It has reminded me of why I do what I do and reminded me just how much I love changing other people’s lives – it is truly something so special. The Jodi Lee Foundation resonates with our mission, and their story is one I connect with on a personal level.

I am grateful and inspired to be surrounded by such supportive and driven individuals who share a dedication to making positive changes in the world. Moving forward, my team and I remain committed advocates for important causes, steadfast in our resolve to contribute to positive change in any way we can. Together, as a small business with a big heart, we aim to create a ripple effect of goodness and compassion in the community we serve."
