It feels like a lifetime since we rebranded to Roussos Rebrandand I reflect on the last 12 months as such a great period of change and growth for the business and my team.
I have always been a big believer that change is good, but only if you embrace it. Each change is a turning page - it is about closing one chapter and opening another one, and I couldn’t be more proud of the ROUSSOS brand and where we are today.
In the last 12 months, we have achieved so much but I wanted to highlight just some of the key things that make ROUSSOS the business we are today: - Growth as a team - in numbers (hey double digits!) and in professional development - Recognised as the leading recruiter in Commercial Construction, Architecture & Engineering in SA - Major sponsors for multiple associations and bodies within our specialised industries – Property Council of Australia, Association of Consulting Architects, National Association of Women in Construction (AU) and Consult Australia - Relocation to our new offices in the East End, providing our team a vibrant and modern workplace - Entertainment of multiple events, involving and engaging industry professionals - Commitment to internal training and wellbeing programs including weekly training & development sessions, Wednesday Sweat sessions and quarterly ROUSSOS Retreats - Growth of our in-house Marketing team and services that we can provide for our client and candidate partners - Ongoing support of our charity partners, including our 5th year taking part in the JLF Trek with a team of valued clients
