If you are applying for jobs currently, there is a big chance that interviews will be conducted over Zoom as we pivot to the virtual world again. Although in-person interviews are not yet entirely a thing of the past, video interviews are becoming more the norm, as we are constantly adapting to an ever-changing and unpredictable environment.
