We are seeking an experienced Tile Services Coordinator to support the CEO and oversee the dispatch process while driving customer excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your customer service and coordination skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rewarding environment.

We are seeking an experienced Tile Services Coordinator to support the CEO and oversee the dispatch process while driving customer excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your customer service and coordination skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rewarding environment.
The Role:
As the Tile Services Coordinator, you will be a key member of the team, ensuring smooth operations across sales, dispatch, and invoicing. Key responsibilities include:
- Directly supporting the CEO with operational and administrative tasks, including both new and existing product lines.
- Managing the dispatch process, supervising the Warehouse Packer, and ensuring on-time deliveries.
- Acting as a liaison between the Direct Sales Team, processing of orders, invoicing, and dispatch.
- Handling customer inquiries, including phone-based service and issue resolution.
- Managing order accuracy, including using Year 10-level math for tile quantity calculations.
- Overseeing approximately 300 container deliveries annually.

- Proven experience in customer service (phone-based preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with confidence handling escalations and managing up to prevent customer issues.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team.
- High attention to detail while maintaining efficiency.
- Competence with basic mathematics for order processing.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships.
