The Role
As a Team Leader at ROUSSOS, you will work closely with the Director and a specialised recruitment team. Your primary responsibilities in leading, managing and growing the Office Support portfolio are to:

Recruitment experience will be an advantage but is not essential. You may come from a professional background in account management, real estate or even business development and/or sales.

The Role
As a Team Leader at ROUSSOS, you will work closely with the Director and a specialised recruitment team. Your primary responsibilities in leading, managing and growing the Office Support portfolio are to:
- Service existing clients and maintain relationships
- Manage the portfolio’s financial performance, KPIs and new business targets
- Use knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to source quality candidates and prospect for new business
- Become a trusted client advisor, working closely with clients to provide advisory services
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle
- Oversee the screening of resumes and prospects, qualify, interview and manage candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Lead the team during client projects and oversee daily operations
