The Role
As the Submissions & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the submission process. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your specialist skills in preparing, coordinating, and overseeing proposals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Start the new year with a fresh opportunity! You will have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry. Experience and proficiency using Adobe InDesign is a must and the ability to learn new programs and concepts quickly will be highly regarded. Liaising with a wide range of people within a fast-paced environment, it is essential you have a professional attitude and the ability to think critically to ensure relationships with internal and external parties are maintained. The Role

- Maintaining the administration of tenders throughout the full process
- Coordinate and gather information from other departments and key stakeholders to prepare bids/proposals
- Writing, editing, and formatting submissions and marketing collateral
- General administrative support, including preparation of correspondence and documentation where required
- Developing and executing content and communication strategies to enhance the company's presence in the market
- Cultivating strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes
