Due to ongoing growth, this leading builder is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the next phase of an exciting medium-density and single dwelling residential community project in Mount Barker.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing site operations, ensuring smooth project execution, and upholding high-quality standards throughout the build. A current building licence is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills to effectively lead teams, coordinate stakeholders, and meet project deadlines.

The Role

- Cultivate and manage project schedules and allocate resources accordingly
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers to specific timeframes
- Understand and promote current Work Health Safety standards
- Form and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients, trades and stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality projects on time and adhere to the highest quality
