The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage the daily operations on-site and ensure all tasks are completed to the highest possible standard. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Leading and supporting the site team
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of projects
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and staff
  • Monitoring safety requirements on-site
  • Assessing the productivity of deliverables against set construction program
The Ideal Candidate
As an experienced Site Manager, you will ensure the successful coordination of diverse project teams and contractors. You will ideally have a relevant trade qualification along with previous experience delivering on commercial projects valued up to $10M. Experience managing the delivery of industrial projects will be highly regarded. Your strong communication skills coupled with your ability to build strong, long-term relationships will assist you in liaising with various key stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be dedicated to providing exceptional service to your clients and producing high-quality projects.
