The Role:

As Senior Site Manager, you will oversee site operations across multiple $2-10M commercial projects, while also developing junior Site Managers and providing training and support. You’ll mentor site staff, foster their growth, and ensure they are aligned with project objectives and timelines.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior Site Managers, providing training, support, and career development opportunities.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Actively support the growth of junior Site Managers by providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback.
  • Maintain strong communication with Project Managers, clients, and other key stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes, conducting regular inspections and audits.
  • Address on-site challenges promptly, providing solutions that mitigate risks and keep projects on track.

We are seeking a proactive, experienced Senior Site Manager with strong leadership abilities and a passion for developing others. You will need to balance managing project timelines and quality standards while focusing on the growth and training of junior Site Managers.
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $2M-$10M
  • Experience in leading teams and developing junior staff in a mentoring capacity.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building regulations.
  • Excellent ability to manage risks and solve problems quickly on-site.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders, clients, and site teams.
