- Project Leadership: You will manage every stage of the project lifecycle, from planning and approvals to construction and delivery, ensuring seamless coordination among all teams and stakeholders.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead and inspire a talented multidisciplinary team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, while building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strategic Oversight: You will oversee project milestones, timelines, and financials, ensuring all deliverables meet Schiavello’s high standards for excellence and innovation.
- Risk & Problem Solving: Anticipate project challenges, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep the project on track while maintaining a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and compliance.

- Proven Expertise: Minimum 8+ years of experience managing significant commercial construction projects valued at $50M+.
- Leadership Skills: You have a track record of successfully leading teams, driving performance, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project delivery best practices.
- Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges, manage risk, and implement effective solutions under pressure.
- Collaborative Communicator: Strong stakeholder engagement and client management skills, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working towards a shared vision.
