They are well known for their customer-centric and relationship-driven approach, working across projects from commercial and aged care to education, hospitality, and retail sectors. As their safety representative, you’ll be working with knowledgeable construction professionals who foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
The Role
You will play a pivotal role in nurturing an already established, safety-first culture across a variety of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
We are seeking passionate HSEQ professional who excels in driving safety excellence. The ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in a safety-focused role, preferably within the commercial construction industry. You will have a strong understanding of quality, health, and safety management systems is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, subcontractors and stakeholders. The successful candidate will hold a Certificate IV in WHS and a current First Aid Certificate, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be highly regarded.

The Role

- Managing end-to-end safety processes and developing HSEQ training programs
- Liaising, training and mentoring employees and subcontractors across multiple sites

- Assisting in developing hazard and risk identification processes and controls
