The Role:
As the Senior Cost Planner/Estimator, you will lead and mentor a growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing pre-construction, tendering, and cost planning across a variety of high-profile projects. Your expertise will ensure that every project is accurately costed and delivered profitably, from concept to completion.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to provide strategic advice, helping to build strong relationships and deliver successful outcomes. Your leadership will be key in ensuring the division continues to grow and succeed.
What You Bring:
We are seeking someone with extensive experience in cost planning and estimation within the construction industry, ideally working within the South Australian market place. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you’ll be working alongside the Director helping grow the team while delivering a range of exciting projects.
In addition, you’ll need excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions. The right candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
