As part of the leadership team, you will work closely with Directors to implement mentorship, drive innovation, and lead key projects. The Opportunity:
As a Senior Associate Architect, you will lead and manage design teams through all stages of architectural projects, ensuring client and project objectives are met. You’ll drive innovative design solutions, contribute to the strategic development of the practice, and oversee project delivery, keeping timelines and budgets in check. You will also mentor junior staff and maintain a positive, collaborative studio culture. With your strong communication skills and passion for design, you’ll integrate technical expertise and lead the design process from start to finish. Your project management experience, along with your ability to engage with stakeholders, will be essential to driving business development and practice growth.

The Ideal Candidate:
- 8+ years of experience in architecture in a leadership position.
- Registered Architect in South Australia (required).
- Strong knowledge of Revit and related design software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Extensive experience across various project types.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and outcomes.
- Interested in contributing to business growth and direction.
