ROUSSOS is partnering with an established business that is known for their ambitious creativity and design innovation, which has seen them become an award-winning studio within the industry. With the capability to deliver a range of large-scale and significant projects up to the value of $60M, the organisation develops projects across the commercial, cultural, high-end bespoke residential, and hospitality sectors. Acquiring several significant upcoming projects, this studio is eager to strengthen their team with an experienced Senior Architect who can be at the forefront of the team. Taking on this key role, you will become a part of the close-knit design team, who are known for constantly pushing the boundaries to create unique and tailored project outcomes.
The Role
This role will see you drive the design team across a variety of high-profile projects and deliver outcomes that exceed client expectations. As a leader within this studio, you will play an active role in the delivery and management of projects from concept through to delivery, adding a key list of projects to your portfolio. Part of your role will be to collaborate with all levels of management and external stakeholders to determine design issues and coordinate through design development and documentation. Working across the full project scope will allow you to manage your own projects, with mentorship from senior staff and Directors.
The ideal candidate
We are ideally looking for a Registered Architect with 15+ years of proven industry experience. With your passion for design, this role will give you the freedom to drive processes and be yourself amongst creative minds. This is a client facing opportunity, so the role will require an individual to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. You will be joining a studio with a supportive leadership team and work with a like-minded colleague that are passionate about what they do.
