ROUSSOS Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a bespoke residential builder to engage a Site Manager to join their team. This organisation is driven to provide excellence throughout the entire building process, as well as obtaining a tailored new home and providing the most pleasurable building experience. Our client builds between 15-30 homes per year valued from $3 - $5M, always delivering on time & under/on budget, with all designs completed in-house. The employees have long tenure with most employees being a part of the company for 15-20+ years. This is an opportunity to join a builder with a strong presence in the residential market. The Role
As a Site Manager, you will be overseeing and managing all staff and subcontractors on site. You will undertake quality inspections and ensure that all staff and subcontractors comply with safety and technical specifications. A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude will ensure that all plans and drawings are constructed accurately. You will manage multiple sites simultaneously and ensure project targets delivered on time and within budget. As a building professional, you will conduct meetings and liaise with external stakeholders and clients.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Ideally, you are a supervisor who has extensive experience in upper-end residential or a solid background in the residential industry with a well-established builder. You will have sound knowledge of current construction practices, Building Codes and Legislation. You will contribute to the company’s brand, embodying their core values of a safety embedded culture while demonstrating quality at every stage of every project.
