- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Sourcing and selecting candidates who align with our clients
- Conducting interviews
- Negotiating salaries and job offers
- Meeting and exceeding monthly targets
The Ideal Candidate
This opportunity will suit experienced recruiters, or a recruitment leader looking to develop ownership of a business unit and drive its overall performance and growth. Seeking self-starters, you will thrive working in an environment that is solution-orientated and an office energy that will naturally drive you to be the best version of yourself. In addition, you will have:
- Experience in recruitment, preferably across white collar or executive roles
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably degree qualified in a related field (e.g., business, human resources)
