The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at ROUSSOS, you'll play a key role in connecting top talent with leading construction companies. Joining our collaborative team, you’ll nurture and expand your client base through innovative business development, new growth strategies, and building your personal brand. Working with a diverse range of high-calibre clients, you’ll lead one of the largest portfolios at ROUSSOS. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates in the construction industry
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Sourcing and selecting candidates who align with our clients
  • Conducting interviews 
  • Negotiating salaries and job offers
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly targets
 
The Ideal Candidate
This opportunity will suit experienced recruiters, or a recruitment leader looking to develop ownership of a business unit and drive its overall performance and growth. Seeking self-starters, you will thrive working in an environment that is solution-orientated and an office energy that will naturally drive you to be the best version of yourself. In addition, you will have:
  • Experience in recruitment, preferably across white collar or executive roles
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably degree qualified in a related field (e.g., business, human resources)
