The Opportunity

ROUSSOS Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a national civil contractor delivering infrastructure solutions across South Australia. Specialising in civil infrastructure, urban development, landscaping, and road profiling, they work on high-impact government and community projects. Their expertise spans a diverse range of sectors, from airport upgrades and transportation infrastructure to public parks, educational facilities, and residential developments. Their project portfolio spans a range of sectors, including road construction, intersections, bridges, and other civil infrastructure across regional and metro South Australia, with project values ranging from $5M to $20M.

The Role

You will be responsible for driving the execution and delivery of impactful projects. Split between office and site, you’ll collaborate with teams, clients, and key stakeholders, managing timelines, resources, and suppliers to ensure project success. Ready to make your mark?

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Working closely with the Site Supervisor and project team to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Overseeing project schedules, planning, and forecasting for timely delivery.
  • Accurately tracking, monitoring, and reporting on project budgets, risks, milestones, and documentation.
  • Managing cost control, ensuring financial accountability across all project phases.
  • Coordinating suppliers and managing material logistics.
  • Conducting site inspections and upholding HSEQ standards.

With at 10 years of experience in civil construction project management, you will show successful management of State projects and understand the intricacies of cost control and financial forecasting. You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring projects meet the highest safety and quality standards. A confident communicator and skilled negotiator, you're adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
