The Opportunity
ROUSSOS Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a local civil construction contractor looking for a Project Manager to join their team. A standout market leader, this business is dedicated to delivering quality works in all aspects of civil construction, from roadworks to earthworks and subdivisions. Established over 20 years ago, they have been developed by a small group of high achievers looking to make their mark in the industry. We are excited to be involved in their search for a Project Manager to head up multiple projects here in South Australia!
The Role
We are looking for someone who has 2-3 years of experience in civil project management and who is able to function autonomously. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, typically valued at between $1m - $6m each. You will be involved in working with developer clients as well, while planning your own days and weeks to achieve successful outcomes.
You will manage the safe, profitable, timely and quality delivery of existing and upcoming projects, whilst mentoring a team. You will also be able to demonstrate:

To be considered for this role, you should have a civil construction background and be experienced in managing the complete delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience specifically in managing subdivision projects. With a demonstrated history of achieving KPIs, your previous experience will afford you the responsibility of working autonomously with an effective and performance-based mindset. You may be a civil project manager working on smaller jobs, or a project engineer ready to step into a project management role.
While a qualification in either construction, engineering or project management is not essential, it will be highly regarded. We are looking for a strong cultural fit and a high level of communication and negotiation skill, organisation, and self-motivation.
