ROUSSOS Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a well-established South Australian construction company specialising in the delivery of high-quality projects, valued at between $10M and $30M. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the rapidly expanding team. With a strong focus on creating an engaging and inclusive workplace culture, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for construction and delivering outstanding outcomes. The Role
As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be results-driven and self-motivated, confident in juggling multiple deadlines under pressure. Your duties will include the management of the project lifecycle from moderating project budgets to consulting with key internal and external stakeholders. You will also ensure that all building legislation, quality, and performance standards are adhered to. We are looking for a construction professional to work autonomously, motivate team members and drive the company’s vision in every project.

You will have relevant tertiary or trade qualifications and have a demonstrated history across the commercial construction industry. As a natural leader, you will lead by example and showcase your strong communication, time management and effective decision-making skills. Your acute attention to detail and ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders will see you hit the ground running.
