Their expertise covers a wide range of sectors, including pipeline construction, major roads and roundabouts, concrete structures, stormwater projects, and more. With a focus on consistently exceeding client expectations, they continue to grow and are now looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join their team to support their expanding pipeline of works and develop into a Project Manager
The Role
In this hands-on, Project Engineering position, both site and office based, this opportunity will see you executing the technical formation and delivery of a range of projects and diversifying your capability.

The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Project Engineer and have worked with a reputable civil contractor in the Adelaide market. You will have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with an ability to work and adapt effectively in an environment that is constantly changing. As this position requires liaising with Project Management and Supervisors, effective written and verbal communication skills are required. You will have a proactive and can-do attitude to hit the ground running and to exceed client expectations.

The Role

- Support project delivery teams from planning to project completion
- Organise and direct site labour and delivery of construction materials and establish detailed programs for coordination of site activities
- Work closely with the Project Manager on site
- Ensure project implementation according to plans, designs and specifications
- Understand Safety & Environmental requirements and Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement Work Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans, and related documentation
