ROUSSOS Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established residential builder; Medallion Homes. As a high-end residential home builder in Adelaide, Medallion Homes specialise in delivering exceptional custom home designs. With all designs completed in-house, they also have a strong reputation in the market for delivering homes on time and on budget. Together, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations Administrator to join their team and contribute to the continued success of their business.
  
The Role
The Operations Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all projects run smoothly and efficiently.
  
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations and project management teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining project files.
  • Assist with the coordination of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and necessary documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, specifications, drawings, and ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with procurement, coordinate with vendors for timely delivery, and maintain up-to-date records of permits, inspections, and project progress.
  • Handle maintenance post-handover, manage maintenance requests, meetings, and bookings, and provide occasional reception coverage.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in an administrative role within the construction industry, preferably in high-end residential construction. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, maintain organisation, and effectively communicate with team members. You will have strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure. You will also understand construction processes, materials and terminology. Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
