With over 700 employees nationwide, this business is experiencing continuous growth in the South Australian market and is seeking a Lead Estimator to play a vital role in the Adelaide corporate team.
The estimating team boasts a high Expression of Interest (EOI) and tender conversion rate, securing compelling and intricate projects for delivery. The Role
As the Lead Estimator, you will lead and mentor a growing team in Adelaide. You will also:
You will have tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field, complemented by experience using Expert Estimation software. Ideally you will have a solid background in civil engineering infrastructure projects and be able to demonstrate a proven history of delivering winning tenders. A current C-Class Driver’s License is also required, ensuring the ability to travel as needed for project site visits and client meetings.

- Lead and mentor a dynamic team in pre-construction activities, tendering, and cost planning for high-profile civil engineering projects
- Ensure accurate project costing and profitable delivery from initial concept through to completion
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to provide strategic insights and recommendations that drive successful outcomes
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to enhance communication and collaboration
- Contribute to the division's growth and success through effective leadership and continuous improvement initiatives
