The Opportunity
As the HSEQ Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture where safety is ingrained in every aspect of the business. This is a unique opportunity to lead and implement forward-thinking HSE strategies within a supportive and collaborative team environment. Focused on continuous improvement and compliance, you will work closely with the team to embed safety initiatives across all projects. This hands-on role offers a balanced approach, with an approximate 50/50 split between responsibilities across MYKRA’s diverse portfolio of projects. A key aspect of the role involves partnering with Site Managers to mentor and guide employees and subcontractors, fostering a strong and sustainable safety culture
