Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of HSE processes and systems across national projects.
- Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organisation.
- Collaborate with project teams to assess and mitigate risks, ensuring the highest safety standards are met.
- Provide expert advice, training, and support to staff across all levels, fostering a positive safety culture.
- Proven experience in HSE management, ideally within property development or construction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across multiple sites.
- Excellent knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Ability to manage and deliver effective HSE strategies for projects ranging from $1M to $20M in value.
- Willingness to travel nationally to oversee projects and ensure consistent HSE compliance.
