HSE Manager – National Role with Leading Property Developer
Are you a proactive and experienced HSE professional looking to make a significant impact on a national scale? Join a leading property development company, delivering between 20-30 projects annually, ranging from $1M to $20M, and take ownership of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of HSE processes and systems across national projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to assess and mitigate risks, ensuring the highest safety standards are met.
  • Provide expert advice, training, and support to staff across all levels, fostering a positive safety culture.
About You:
  • Proven experience in HSE management, ideally within property development or construction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across multiple sites.
  • Excellent knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to manage and deliver effective HSE strategies for projects ranging from $1M to $20M in value.
  • Willingness to travel nationally to oversee projects and ensure consistent HSE compliance.
