The Role

In the role of HSE Advisor, you will play a key part in promoting a safety-first culture across all sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the implementation of safety management systems and procedures
  • Staying up to date with WHS legislation, industry guidelines, and risk management practices
  • Ensuring all company policies and procedures align with current legislative requirements
  • Conducting regular site inspections, audits, and assessments
  • Coordinating incident investigations and managing reporting protocols
  • Delivering safety training and education to site teams
  • Supporting the development of hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures
  
The Like Mind

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in a safety-focused role, preferably within the commercial construction industry.
  • An understanding of health and safety standards, protocols, quality management systems and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to foster positive relationships and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
A Certificate IV in WHS and a relevant First Aid Certificate will be highly regarded for this position.
