The Role
In the role of HSE Advisor, you will play a key part in promoting a safety-first culture across all sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the implementation of safety management systems and procedures
- Staying up to date with WHS legislation, industry guidelines, and risk management practices
- Ensuring all company policies and procedures align with current legislative requirements
- Conducting regular site inspections, audits, and assessments
- Coordinating incident investigations and managing reporting protocols
- Delivering safety training and education to site teams
- Supporting the development of hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures
The Like Mind
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in a safety-focused role, preferably within the commercial construction industry.
- An understanding of health and safety standards, protocols, quality management systems and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to foster positive relationships and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
