The Opportunity
ROUSSOS Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a national award-winning studio in the search for a Graduate Architect to join the Adelaide studio. You will be supported by a team of Senior Architects who will mentor you through your Graduate position, assisting with your development and providing you with experience across a wide variety of projects. The Role
As an experienced Graduate Architect you will work across a broad range of different projects, including multi-unit residential, retail and commercial. Working with mentorship from Directors and other senior co-workers, you will learn how to deliver great design projects from concept design to construction drawing. You will enjoy working alongside the coordination of construction detailing, specification writing, responding to queries and Contract Administration. Watch how the process works, learning hands-on all the way to see your ideas and creations come to life! Put your design skills to use and be open to learning something new every day, working with industry leading Architects on exciting projects.
The Like Mind
As a Graduate Architect with experience from 2-5 years, you will bring your developing knowledge of the industry to this team. Experience using Revit will be highly regarded, however for the right person with the right attitude they are willing teach this skill further. You will have strong attention to detail together with excellent written and face-to-face communication skills. It is anticipated you will have the ability to think critically and strategically on all aspects of design. Your creativity and passion for all things Architecture will lead you to develop skills for a life-long career in the industry with a strong design focus. The successful candidate will demonstrate good technical ability, be able to collaborate with a team and have adaptable communication skills.
