Foreman (Contract Role)

Job description

ROUSSOS Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a highly respected construction company that has shaped the South Australian skyline for over two decades. With a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, residential, education, health, retail, and industrial sectors, this builder is recognised for delivering quality, innovation, and client-focused results.

With the project entering its next phase, we’re seeking a skilled Foreman to lead the fit-out of a landmark multi-storey, mixed-use apartment development on Adelaide’s city fringe.

The Role

We're looking for a confident and capable foreman to step in and drive the successful delivery of this next phase. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and refining construction programs, resources, and daily operations
    • Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet critical milestones
    • Ensuring a safe and compliant site, in line with WHS regulations
    • Building and nurturing positive relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and site teams
    • Delivering top-tier finishes in line with high-quality expectations and timelines

The Like Mind

To thrive in this role, you’ll have solid experience as a Foreman overseeing retail or multi-storey mixed-use fit-outs on commercial projects. You’re someone who leads from the front, thrives under pressure, and knows how to get the best out of a team. A current building licence is essential, along with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
