The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Review designs during the tender phase to assist estimators with value management, compliance, and project advice.
- Refine and redesign key electrical infrastructure, including producing Single Line Drawings.
- Review and design earthing and lightning protection systems.
- Perform calculations such as electrical maximum demand, discrimination studies, and cable sizing.
- Verify and refine lighting, containment, power, security, and communications layouts.
- Review specifications and project briefs to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Conduct compliance reviews to ensure all work meets their required standards.
- Assess subcontractor tenders for compliance with project documents.
- Review and refine switchboard designs.
- Prepare schedules and other essential project documentation.
- Experience with CAD, Revit and lighting design software experience preferred.
