Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design and delivery of education projects across all stages.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors, ensuring alignment with project aspirations and educational drivers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create designs that deliver education outcomes and balance functionality, creativity, and long-term impact.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and documentation to ensure seamless and successful delivery.
- Mentor and inspire team members, promoting professional growth and shared success.
You’re a dynamic and visionary leader who cares deeply about the transformative potential of education design. You’re passionate about fostering collaboration and delivering projects that achieve outstanding results for clients and communities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the design of learning environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of education design standards and teaching and learning practices.
- Strong collaboration, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
