ROUSSOS Recruitment is looking for an ambitious leader that can grab hold of our ‘Operational Support’ Recruitment Division and take it to the next level, in this newly created Divisional Recruitment Leader position.

Your Role:
As Divisional Leader, you will:
  • Lead the ‘Operational Support’ division, driving its growth and success across key industry sectors.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with an existing client base while identifying and securing new opportunities.
  • Manage a thriving portfolio with significant revenue potential, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of Recruitment Coordinators and Consultants through mentorship and leadership.
  • Contribute strategically to the business, aligning your division’s goals with the overall company vision.
  
What You Bring:
  • Extensive experience in recruitment, ideally recruiting for administration and operations support roles in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Property sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for building and developing successful teams.
  • Proven ability to grow and manage client portfolios, driving consistent revenue growth.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
