As we expand our expertise to include Administration and Operations Support roles, we are seeking an experienced Divisional Recruitment Leader to drive this exciting new chapter.

Your Role
As Divisional Recruitment Leader, you will:
  • Strategically lead the Administration & Operations Support Division, focusing on roles such as Administration Assistant, Administration Manager, Client Liaison Officer, Personal Assistant, Accounts/Office Administrator, Finance Administrator and Operations Manager.
  • Strengthen relationships with our existing client base while identifying opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a robust business plan to position the division as a key offering within ROUSSOS Recruitment.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Align your division’s growth objectives with the broader company strategy.
What You Bring
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, particularly in administration and operations support within Construction, Civil Infrastructure, Engineering, Architecture, or Property sectors.
  • Strong business development experience with a track record of growing client portfolios and generating consistent revenue.
  • Leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and develop a successful team.
  • Strategic thinking, coupled with a hands-on approach to achieving ambitious growth targets.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and building long-term client relationships.
