Roussos Recruitment are partnering with a leading property developer to find a Design Manager to help lead their projects across Australia. This role involves working with a dedicated team of over 40 industry specialists on a varied portfolio, providing an opportunity to create designs that positively impact communities and fulfil client requirements.
The Role
In this position, you will lead the design team, ensuring that projects meet client needs and industry standards. You will be responsible for developing architectural designs and coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. In this position you will be delivering a diverse range of projects, typically ranging from $50K to $150M in scale across Australia.
Key Responsibilities will include:
You will be a Registered Architect in Australia with at least 5 years of experience in architectural design. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and 3D modelling software is required, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for someone with good communication skills who can work well with others; the ability to mentor junior team members be imperative to this role. - Ensure designs align with regulatory requirements and the company’s brand values
- Communicate and present design plans to stakeholders
