Their expertise spans across a diverse range of projects from complex new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs, services upgrades and infrastructure works with values from $5M-$15M. With a growing portfolio, they are now seeking an experienced Cost Planner/Estimator to join their ever-growing organisation, and to share in their passion for all that they do.
 
The Role
As Cost Planner/Estimator, you will be working closely with the Design Manager, Project Managers and company Directors. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Preparing cost plans and budgets
  • Trade tendering for in house projects
  • Competitive tendering
  • Developing a schedule of trade rates using completed project information and data
  • Implementing systems including estimating software into the business
