You will:
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including procurement, subcontractor negotiation, and close-out.
- Monitor budgets, variations, and claims to maintain cost control.
- Align with Project Managers and Site Teams on timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance in all contract negotiations and documentation.
- Liaise with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in contract administration, ideally on large commercial builds.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand project financials and budgets.
- A detail-oriented, proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
