The Role
As a Contract Administrator, you won’t just be supporting projects, you will be a driving force behind their success. This is your chance to be part of something big, contributing to the end-to-end delivery of transformative projects that make a real impact. You’ll work closely with passionate teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring every project runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.

You will:
  • Oversee procurement, manage contracts, and ensure everything from tender preparation to final delivery is seamless.
  • Forge strong relationships with key clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Stay on top of progress claims, invoices, variations, and expenditure—ensuring financials are in line with the project goals.
  • Navigate complex compliance and contractual requirements to keep projects on track and risk-free.
  • Prepare and manage tender documentation, scope of works, pricing schedules, and comparative tender analyses.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management (or a related field).
  • At least 3 years of experience in contract administration, preferably working on large, complex commercial projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills—you’ll need to build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude—you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of your work.
