The Role
ROUSSOS Recruitment is pleased to partner with a respected construction company known for delivering quality projects across the commercial, and infrastructure sectors. They are looking for a Contract Administrator to join and support their growing team, this role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the complete end-to-end delivery of projects. You will manage monthly onsite valuations, track progress variations, and ensure compliance with all financial and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in Contract Administration, with at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry. You'll be detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once. Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must, especially when working with subcontractors, clients, and consultants. If you're proactive and enjoy problem-solving, you'll thrive in this role.

- Collaborate with subcontractors, reviewing and negotiating contracts
- Support the implementation of policies and procedures
- Manage RFIs with architects, clients, and consultants
- Provide senior management with timely and accurate documentation
- Prepare and review project budgets, including account forecasting
- Oversee and maintain project budgets
- Process progress claims, delay claims, and external variations
