The Role
This is a key hands-on position in major commercial developments in which you will work closely with the project delivery team to ensure smooth project execution. You will:
  • Oversee contracts, procurement, and financials for projects ranging from $10 Million to $40 Million.
  • Lead contract negotiations and providing accurate financial reporting for high-value projects.
  • Manage compliance, variations, and progress claims effectively.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration and communication between subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
  • Deliver strategic reports to senior leadership, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Identify and manage risks while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will have over 4 years of relevant experience in Australia, specifically working on commercial construction projects valued at $10M+ within a large-scale commercial construction company. You will also possess a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field. A solutions-focused mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills are essential. Additionally, you will demonstrate a proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
