With a professional outlook and a can-do attitude, they continue to produce high-quality projects. Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join their valued team.
  
The Role
In your role as Civil Site Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee daily onsite activities
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers
• Supervise and direct onsite operation
• Plan, manage, coordinate and track build progress in collaboration with the construction support team
• Lead site audits, client meetings, approvals, safety inspections, and other necessary activities base on timeline
• Ensure that workers always adhere to company safety policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar position, with a proven ability to deliver civil projects in the Australian market.
• Clear leadership abilities, with experience managing teams, delegating tasks, and making well-informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Exceptional relationship management, with the ability to build and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, enabling you to tackle challenges and find practical solutions quickly.
