Role Overview 
As a hands-on Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day on-site operations for a diverse range of civil projects. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising a crew and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality outputs to budget.

Key responsibilities include:
  
  • Managing the site, handling paperwork including SWMS and tracking production rates
  • Collaborating with the crew, project management team, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Providing guidance to the crew and actively participating in tasks when needed
  • Managing and updating site documentation and pre-start procedures
  • Ensuring project production aligns with the established schedule
  
Ideal Candidate
The preferred candidate will have proven experience as a Team Leader or Site Supervisor in delivering a diverse range of civil projects. Effective communication, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate and supervise employees and subcontractors are crucial.
