The Role
As Civil Site Manager, you will be accountable for the daily management and coordination of civil projects and your staff. This will include ensuring the enforcement of necessary and relevant legislation and company policy. Your strong exposure as a Site Supervisor/Site Manager within the Civil Sector working on a diverse range of projects up to $20M will ensure you hit the ground running in this role. A keen communicator, you will have a natural approachable manner and be able to lead by example. Strong problem-solving abilities will be essential to succeed, and you will be keen to gain exposure to more challenging projects.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will demonstrate previous experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or Site Manager, delivering a range of civil projects up to $20M. Effective communication skills are essential, as your role will involve consistently liaising with the Project Manager and the coordination of all trades. You will be dedicated to delivering the highest quality of project possible, whilst ensuring they're completed on time and to budget.
