The Role
In your role as Senior Site Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to;
- Oversee daily onsite activities
- Collaborating closely with Project Managers
- Supervise and direct onsite operation
- Plan, manage, coordinate and track build progress in collaboration with the construction support team
- Lead site audits, client meetings, approvals, safety inspections, and other necessary activities base on timeline
- Ensure that workers always adhere to company safety policies and procedures

To be considered for the position, you will have proven delivery experience in the Australian market, and a minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar role.
You will also require:
- Clear leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, delegate tasks, and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Strong stakeholder management skills to help develop and maintain relationships
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
