Due to their secured pipeline of upcoming work, our client is now looking to engage a driven Project Manager.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and of quality standards. Other key duties and responsibilities will involve:

The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and of quality standards. Other key duties and responsibilities will involve:
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including site development, infrastructure improvements, and environmental enhancements.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee their implementation to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and presentations to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
