ROUSSOS Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established civil contractor is in a time of growth and are looking to bolster their team with an experienced Civil Estimator. They provide high-end services across commercial landscaping, structural concreting, civil earthworks, reinforcement, and installation of stormwater drainage systems. Through building environments that shape communities across SA & Victoria, this contractor has fostered long-term relationships within the construction industry and are known for delivering significant projects in the civic, commercial, health, education, transport, and leisure sectors. Due to the continuous growth in the business and the pipeline of works, they are now looking to engage a driven Civil Estimator to join their welcoming and tight-knit team.
The Role
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will have the opportunity to experience multiple facets of the business. Planning, preparation, and execution of estimating tasks will be a part of your daily responsibilities, as well as pre-qualification, tenders, and submissions. Your responsibilities will also include providing accurate quantity assessments, communicating with stakeholders, and using your extensive knowledge to make suitable suggestions regarding production materials.

The successful candidate will hold relevant Tertiary qualifications, recognised locally and have demonstrated experience in South Australia’s construction industry. As a Civil Estimator with at least 2+ years’ experience, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar position and possess a professional outlook, always willing to go the extra mile. As an excellent communicator, confidence in your literacy and numeracy skills are paramount.
