The Role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering tailored projects, working together with the Director and Project Management team. You will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of the developments, from coordinating subcontractors to managing the finer details of project documentation. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
  • Assist the Project Manager with critical contract management, procurement, and scheduling to ensure everything runs smoothly from day one.
  • Take charge of managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site operations, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are always exceeded.
  • Handle all project documentation with precision, including managing variations, claims, and progress reporting.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all levels of the project.
  • Be an integral part of a collaborative team, contributing to the efficient flow and successful delivery of projects that truly make an impact.
