About The Role

You will:
- Oversee and support a team of 6-8 Site Managers, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and within budget.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Site Managers, helping them navigate challenges and grow professionally.
- Facilitate collaboration between Site Managers and Project Managers, ensuring alignment and smooth project execution.
- Ensure Site Managers are equipped with the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed.
- Foster a cohesive and positive team environment across all sites.
- Offer guidance in problem-solving and support in resolving on-site challenges and risks.

We’re seeking a Site Manager who is a proven leader in the construction industry and has extensive experience managing and developing Site Managers. You’ll need to be hands-on, proactive, and ready to take responsibility for the success of multiple projects.
- A minimum of 8 years in the construction industry as a Site Manager
- Strong ability to mentor and up skill Site Managers, helping them improve their leadership capabilities and navigate complex project environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, site safety practices, and quality assurance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with Site Managers, Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying potential project risks and offering solutions to ensure projects stay on track.
