Attention to detail, the ability to prioritise accordingly and a professional approach will see you transition smoothly into this role. You will have exceptional organisation and time management skills, as well as the knowledge in MYOB or Xero will be highly regarded. We are seeking an individual with a can-do attitude who is happy to be a helping hand in the office and provide a wide range of support to the team. The Role

- General Administration tasks where needed
- Implement systems & processes to streamline office operations
- Assist with maintenance of the quality management system, along with related WHS processes
- Assist the project managers with preparation of contract and site documentation
- Accounts support across accounts receivable , reconciliations, invoices and account statements
