I wanted (and still do) to be able to help find people the roles that made them jump out of bed each day, to access learning and development from the best in the industry(s), and to find fulfilment and purpose in their work.
And, I genuinely do believe that true success comes when your career aligns with your passion, skills, and purpose, and when you have amazing people around you to guide and support you.
This got me thinking... how could I provide this support and learning to people in a way that would make it easily accessible, and not see them have to job hop or ladder climb to get the exposure they feel like they want?
That's where the idea for LEADING LARGE was born, and I am excited to say we have officially just launched season 1.
My ambition for the podcast is to give rising talent the opportunity to hear from industry leaders - across property, construction, architecture, engineering, and civil industries - and provide better insight into what these leaders believe it takes to be successful.
In each of the podcast's ten episodes, I 'recruit' one of these leaders and we chat about all things careers, leadership and life. Guests include Ben Symons of Lendlease (Ep 4), Zoe King of Cox Architecture (Ep 7) and Bruce Djite of the Property Council of Australia (Ep 10).
