We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of key projects within the Property & Development portfolio. This role will primarily involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. As the Senior Project Manager, you will manage each project's master program from inception to completion. You will report directly to the Group Manager Strategic Property Development and will form part of the Property & Development team. You will manage regular communications with internal and external stakeholders, professional consultants, principal contractors, and various other key project collaborators.
You will have the demonstrated ability to successfully provide leadership/mentoring to motivate and inspire other key project team members. We are looking for a commercially astute individual with empathy and a sense of understanding, maintaining a high-performance attitude through all your ongoing works. You will be highly competent in time management, critical thinking, problem solving, both written and verbal communication including the ability to listen
